Amazing to shop all the cosmetics before travelling
Its one of the latest department store opened in seoul city. It definitely has great brands including duty free shops. FYI only 2 floors are for duty free shops. Anyway it has good restaurants as well. You can not only shop n eat but also enjoy the beauty of building itself. Its a total multi complex that spending time is such an easy job. One thing you must know though, their parking fee is quite expensive no matter how much you spent on.
Lotte Duty Free is a huge complex of sooo many shops! I really like going here for shopping items at Studio Tomboy, H&M and so many more shops. I personally like street shops more but if you wanna go shopping in a bit more chic style i would recommend going here. The location is great too! Don't forget to go up the Lotte World Tower and walk around the seokchon lake!

Horrible service. I was told I couldn’t shop here because the a female staff can’t figure out my Singapore Airlines return flight number. This individual also accused me of fabricating my return flight number to USA. She was determined that all flight numbers must be in 6 digits and inspected my passport as if she is an immigration officer. I had to tell her to stop looking into my passport in details because my return flight number isn’t listed in my passport and I don’t appreciate that she is snooping for personal information. In short, I was not welcome to shop here.
