Great shop ! Spoke to Sondel at 1030am about a Tracer 900 GT , was riding a Tracer 900 an hour later. Litterlay chucked me the keys and said be back before closing. Now that is a service !! I didn't end up taking them up on a very good offer as I found a 9 month old Tracer 900 GT 3k cheaper with lots of extras (I would of been mad not to) but because of the fantastic service I was shown i will now be bringing my Tracer to Sondel for all its maintenance requirements. My Dad also bought a Tiger 800 from them and was given a great deal and was very happy with the service. If your local with a Yamaha go see them

Yamaha T7 is the first bike I have purchased from Sondel Sport and am very happy with the service they have provided. From the start they have been helpful and friendly, didn't try pushing for a sale which is nice in this day and age. Would highly recommend a trip to this shop
Customer service at this dealer is simply fantastic. Simon went extra mile to find the bike I like although the very poor stock in UK. Unfortunately we could not close the deal but I was impressed for the professionalism and transparency of details and information. AT Sondel i did not feel afraid to be overcharged with hidden costs or poor service. Everything sounded really smooth and honest. I will be there as soon as the 2021 bike will be available! Definitely recommended
I have been riding for over 40 years and have been lucky enough to have owned a fair few new motorcycles over that time. Never before have I picked up a motorcycle so well prepared. Every nut, bolt and electrical clip had a chalk mark on it showing it had been checked. The wheels had been taken off, spindles greased and brake pads had copper slip added to the back. Exposed cables and foot rests were also greased. It was so good I have taken it back for its service and was equally impressed and nowhere near the normal main dealer prices. I can't recommend Simon, Ashley and the team highly enough. Thanks you.
Had such a great experience with these guys. After a nasty experience of having my Vespa damaged I decided to upgrade to a racing motorbike. Recommended through a friend - within a day the guys at Sondel knew exactly which one would be perfect for me and were happy to have my baby ready within 24hrs to come pick up. It was a very comfortable & pleasant experience - no push to up-sell me anything else but I was in need of updating a few of my accessories and they were more than happy to recommend the best (as opposed to the most expensive) for what I needed. We shared riding experiences & best ways to ensure I stay upright and safe on my motorbike. :) I left very happy, with a full tank and beautifully purring motorbike. :D Will be back when my girl needs servicing! Thank you very much again guys!!
