I love Fullerton service dept. With an appointment I arrive, drop off, pick up my loaner and am usually in and out in minutes. My service guy Giancarlo is amazing. He calls and texts me updates as they're finding and fixing the problem! I strongly recommend you stop by and see for yourself!

This is my 3rd car I have bought here and it just gets better. Shelsea was amazing. Between getting the truck and everything together she even told me to go do the paperwork while she watched and played with my 2 and 4 year old. That alone was a huge help in the car buying process. And then even Big Tom the manager stepped in to watch and play with the kids while I was transferring insurance and going over rates. The truck wasn't prepped yet since it just was delivered and they handled that quick and painlessly. Inventory is maybe the only reason I would look at a car somewhere else. Please if you decide to go to Fullerton ask for Shelsea. She was top notch and most of all not pushy what so ever. Thank you Shelsea and for all the help today.
