Smoulder and Scorch catered both our wedding and a birthday party the next day. We had the most incredible range of food... beef brisket, monkfish (which was tender and meaty), chicken thigh, hamburger, lamb shoulder (divine) and some incredible salads. They were always helpful, professional, timely and organised and once we actually met them they were really nice and accommodating. We would 100% use them again and recommend their services to anyone. Every single guest commented on how amazing the food was.

Smoulder and Scorch’s service was really outstanding. I can’t recommend them highly enough. The team arrived on time, and the ribs, wings, and pulled pork they cooked were absolutely delicious. The guests were so impressed with the food! The bar service they provided was also brilliant – the whole team paid real attention to detail and not only served drinks, but also cleared away empties and kept the bar organised. Keiron was a pleasure to communicate with in the lead up to the party. He and the rest of the team really made our party, and I would use them again in an instant!
We have had the party of our wedding for round about 55 people, enjoying their absolutely superb barbecue food. Their service and quality of food was fantastic! Thank you so much guys!!!
We had a fantastic experience using smoulder and scorch. Kieron is a very talented chef who is really passionate about what he does. He catered for our party of 45 adults and children who were all blown away by the quality (and quantity) of the food and the professionalism of the set-up. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again.
