From start to finish our experience with Gary and his team was brilliant. Honest and up front with every aspect of deposit right through to delivery and what I needed to have in place. We originally visited for a repair to our old small hot tub and ended up walking out after a great time with Gary with a superb spa. Excited with our purchase and the delivery date looming we returned from our holiday to Gary's wife containing us to say it was arriving earlier than expected. Everything was in place for the team and installation went as planned and on time. Professional and curtious from day one. Highly recommend Gary and his team.

Purchased a hot tub from these guys three years ago .i had had a couple little warranty issues throughout this time and Somerset hot tubs have been amazing no quibble ,ordered the parts straight away with no hassle or queries .grest after service
