Took them a week and 90 mins of calls to tell me that they are not responsible for diversions and signage of road closures when roads are closed for emergencies. Completely atrocious \service\and waste of time - but they don't have any problems taking their share of my council tax - that's the one thing they always make sure they do correctly!

Rang them about a pot hole that had formed at the top of my driveway/road last week. Today the pothole was repaired! I can't believe how quickly this was done and i cant thank them enough!

Excellent council performing under massive pressures and cuts from central government.
Absolutely a none caring council .for the council tax we pay they are extremely unhelpful when it comes to complaints. No one wants to do anything. I don't know why we have people in power when they don't do anything for the people they are supposed to represent.
