I actually found a New Car Showroom (Yeovil Branch) that made me feel welcome, a bit old school so not a pointy shoe salesman in sight, very relaxed atmosphere but knowledgeable staff who were very helpful

Excellent customer service - I was really pleased with the service and MOT I had done on my Rav4 here. Ryan, who was customer facing was very communicative and clear on timescales, immediate work required, and what work would likely come up next year. I am glad I chose a Toyota approved garage, and will certainly be sticking to them in the future.
Excellent service from knowledgeable staff. Good arrangements in place to maintain safety during Covid-19 restrictions.
Just popped in to service department to price up some spares for my corolla verso. Extremely courteous and helpful. Recommended.
