Despite what other comments are saying, we didn't have to commit to a car before the test drive. It was only a document specifying rules and insurance. The only limit of the test drive was time: 30 minutes. After we decided to buy a car, we had to wait a week for the car to be checked, cleaned and registered. They painted small issues in car's paintjob I found. The process went relatively smoothly. Also, we got a good price on our trade-in car.

We drove all the way from Leiden for a test drive by appointment. When we arrived their service was already very cold. We mentioned that we had another test drive the same day, and then they refused our test drive because we could not promise to buy the car immediately after trying it. We explained that this was the top car on our list, but they grew rude and still refused the test drive despite our traveling 2 hours for the appointment. If you want friendly and good service, I strongly advise you AVOID this rude business.
Sales Person who was showing us a car was drunk in morning time and you could smell it very quickly. We left the place so quickly that it wasn't worth to stand there. Employee check needed.
They did not allow me to test drive the car before signing contract to buy it. While I checked it before over call but they did not inform me regarding this before while i called them to ask about it.
