Worked for 6 years on backshift, there is no sympathy whatsoever regarding sickness, you could fall into a cardiac arrest and they would still chastise you and warn you for time off, if your looking for a job where you want job security, this is not the place, you will only find solace in maybe one or two work colleagues, as I assure you everyone else will try their ultimate best to find a way to jeopardise your job, so as before, job security is nigh on to none... Given, I miss the couple work colleagues that stood by me, as I did by them but I would advise anywhere other than here for a job, even through desperation. Just don't.

Very rude manager big Michael the boss is rude over the phone but would not come down to the loading bays when I ask him (tosser) but pay peanuts get monkey Security ok but never smile. Lads on goods in sound ...clean and tidy site...refuse to go again .you are all bell ends at solway foods...
Absolutely rude and attrocious customer services. Rude comebacks to simple questions being asked and hanging up the phone mid conversation. Appaling.

Toilet full of dirty. Cleaning is missing a lot. It is not posibil something like that in a factory food. No stars for that!!
