I used Solus via Aviva Car Insurance to fix my car which was involved in a incident and the front bumper and right wing was damaged. They did a brilliant job on fixing it to its original condition with exceptional colour match and finish. Customer service was very good. Also the car was delivered in a very good condition by giving a good car wash and interior clean. I am very much satisfied with their service and would recommend for anyone in around Hitchin.
If you’re okay with getting your car when you get it because they give you a time taken to repair then take longer say they’ll deliver at a time then don’t so if you’re okay with you get your car when you get it then definitely go there. Of course they are always sorry which makes you feel a lot better
Solus made the repair on my vehicle via my insurance. Absolutely brilliant customer service. My vehicle was picked up from my place of work as arranged, they delivered a lovely Seat Leon courtesy car (better than mine ). The repair was to a very high standard. Car was delivered on time, cleaned inside and out and the guy delivering it was very friendly What more can you ask for! 5 stars!
