Very efficiently run, only had to wait a couple of minutes, you must book a slot in advance of going.
Easy trip and very helpful staff... No queues and waiting time... Thanks to all the staff and Happy New year!
Solihull waste management is useless. Instead of making a smooth process they put more bureaucracy. Instead of extending the hour they ask for appointment. So even they had free bays they ask me to go back make an appointment and then come back.
Today, the layout of the parking was different: back to angled parking, but with each vehicle allocated to parking spaces. This works so much better than the side-on parking that has been in place since the spring. This, combined with the appointment system and the (as always) helpful staff on hand, made my experience at the tip very pleasant, with no wait and quick in and out.
