charge 1325 between 6 flats for cleaning block, spoke to cleaner they are only allocated 10 minutes so 540 minutes for 1325, charge 117 for grass cutting between six flats ,there is only one 7ft by 9ft patch of grass ,timed them cutting ,under 2 minutes, gardens have not been cut for 4 years ,cant upload here but will elsewhere, terrible service fobs constantley breaking and procedure to get fixed or replaced is tiresome ,solihul council should use another company ,Mr Pinnel ,sort the firm out!
All the 5 star reviews are fake, they are terrible and keep lying saying things take 4 times the time it should. They treat you like your stupid and a child.
They think it's acceptable to leave a whole block of flats with small kids in without heating and hot water got over 24 hours. Absolute piss takers. It's a disgrace
