With a bit of information and a couple of photos to help, Tanya got the size and width spot on and confirmed the fitting with the usual walk up and down and a good feel around both feet. Both myself and my son are delighted with the new shoes. I recommend everything about this shoe shop and service. From a friendly call to personalised doorstep service within less than 24hours. I measured our sons feet at home (which is fairly easy to do with a tape measure) and she was communicating with me that very evening. Tanya came to fit our sons new winter, waterproof boots and was efficient, professional and followed CV19 rules well. She was friendly and made us feel very special. A exceptional service that solved our lack of boots quicker than an amazon prime delivery could have. We will be returning. Thank you
Went to SoleLution for the first time today. Online appointment service was easy. The shop was very clean and the precautions (screens, cleaning etc) were impressive and reassuring. Best of all was the help from Megan who effortlessly fitted my daughter for new school shoes in under 10mins, leaving enough time for me to pick up some sandals for myself!
Brilliant service - booking system was easy to use with plenty of time allocated for my two children. Notices and safety measures were clear and shop was spotless, but staff were still relaxed and friendly. Highly recommend.
