Absolute farce service, I ordered a meal via ubereats and find my order has been cancelled an hour later and no option to collect offered. Really disappointed

Came here for dinner on Friday night. Had many starters. The lahmacun was soft and not crispy. The pulled lamb was amazing. Everything else was just ok. Then for mains, I had a good steak but not the best I have had. Other have said the chicken was below average but the lamb was excellent. Worked out to be 46 each with tip including a few drinks. There was 7 of us. The service was slow as well and took forever to pay.
We went here about two weeks ago to make use of eat out to help out as they are on the government website for contributing restaurants, I asked the waiter to confirm this we were told their boss wasn't there and they didn't have time to do paper work so it was full price and to try next week which we didn't of course. The food was unseasoned and very plain, ordered chicken wings, and chicken shish, the chilli sauce shouldn't even be called chilli sauce it should be called red sauce the place is very nice and the service is good but I can't say the same about the food.
Lively atmosphere (Bit loud for most people I would think but a little different). Staff are friendly and hard working. Food was okay but expensive don't mind paying more if the food was of a better standard. Overall worth giving ago but I won't be rushing back.
We had a great meal here for valentines day. The waiter staff were very quick in taking orders and our food come out very quick and fresh. We had a great dessert (pictured) which was home made, it tasted amazing. We also really enjoyed the singer that was walking around. This was our first visit but will return.
