First time using Socrates and our take away was perfect and well worth the 20 mile round trip for it. Food was piping hot and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the lamb kleftiko. We will be back, often.

Friendly staff that serve delicious meals. Probably best to make a reservation as it gets quite busy.
Just enjoyed a takeaway from here tonight. It was absolutely delicious. Cannot praise it highly enough. We had chicken souvlaki and lamb kleftico. The portions were fabulous and the Greek salad so fresh. The chips must have been triple cooked as they excellent. Collecting it up was so easy, given a time to go and I was the only one in the restaurantand PPE was in full use by staff with hand sanitizer available. Will definitely go back again. We had a couple In the summer when we were allowed take-aways and I think we just forgot how good they were. Will be back much sooner for another.

It's not our first visit. Just perfect. Lovely meals, brilliant service, quite and peaceful small restaurant. Also very clean. If you love Greek food it is definitely your place.
