Food was always nice. Haven't been back since I heard the girl that did all the nice cakes had left! Cakes were definitely the best bit for me but it's now cheaper to go direct for the cakes rather than buy by the slice. Judging by the style of the cakes I assume the same girl is still making them even though she's left. Would strongly suggest finding her contact details if you need cakes/brownies. Sandwiches are nice and good hot and cold drinks. :)

Having eaten at homely cafes, fancy tea shops, and five star hotels everywhere from London to Oxford to Manchester, I can safely say that this shop has the best scones in England.
Lovely tearoom, love the decor, tea & cake. Staff are lovely too. It would be nice if there were diary free options of cake as my friend couldn't indulge in the treats, that was the only down side.
Great food and coffee. Very friendly staff. Most importantly, dog friendly
