We are incredibly happy with the service Karine from Snug in a Rug provided us. The carpets that we had deep cleaned have come out brand new, making our bedrooms look fabulous again. Karine was lovely and a pleasure to meet. Thank you Snug in a Rug - we will most definitely call again :)

Whenever I come across a local business that does, not just a good job - but goes the extra mile, I want to tell everyone. Snug in a Rug from Church Crookham, run by Karine Rousseau is simply outstanding. Karine removed the most stubborn dried-in coffee stains and thick black printer ink powder from our very light-coloured bedroom carpet with ease and total professionalism. She's such a lovely lady who had a van-load of gear at her disposal, with machines to tackle just about everything. Honestly, the carpet looked brand new when she had finished. The wife was very happy :-)
Karine came and cleaned my extremely doggy dirty cream coloured 16 year old carpet and has done the most fantastic job - I can't believe how she has transformed it. I was resigned to replacing the carpet this year, but now with Karine's skilful work I reckon my carpet will suffice for a few years yet. Wish I could give her 6 stars I'm so happy.
Snug in a Rug offers a fantastic service!! Karine did an amazing job on my grubby stairs/landing and my toddlers bedroom (the carpet had stains from juice and biscuits!!). The time and quality of the clean was second to none and I wouldn't hesitate to use Snug in a Rug again. I've already passed her details on to others!
Fantastic service by Snug in a Rug and good value. Thorough care taken when providing a quote, and understanding each carpet type in the house. Methodical cleaning with no mess and even did well having 3 cats and a a dog in the house!
