One thing about this place is the good food. You can’t go wrong anything on the menu. The California Chicken Sandwich was amazing. The chicken was just right.

I was in the other day and was impressed by the service I received. My waitress,a young lady named Andrea, was a consummate professional, extremely attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Food was served quickly, and drinks were consistently refilled. I will definitely be back and asking to sit in Andrea's section again.
I love having lunch at Snuffer's in Richardson. The food is great, the prices are great and the people are great. They welcome us and treat us like family. Service is efficient and friendly. I would recommend this Snuffers to any one.
Snuffers, one of my favorite burgers you have, the Thanksgiving Burger. Please keep it on your menu during this time of year. It's GREAT!
I used to rate this place five stars. I'd been bringing my daughter here for years. My daughter has social anxiety and her therapist recommended an emotional support animal, and Snuffer's was very accommodating of her pet fancy rats - we of course only dined on the patio, never let the rats run free or go on the table. Wait staff would ask her about them, and my daughter, who normally is uncomfortable talking to strangers, would happily talk about them. On our last visit we had a good time, but near the end of the visit an employee came to our table and told us that another customer had called to complain about us after she left. The employee confronting us obviously had heard from the other employees who knew is as regulars that these were therapist recommended emotional support animals, because she asked if that was the case. We said yes and told her the name of my daughter's therapist, so we thought this was going to be OK, but she then told us we couldn't bring them to Snuffer's anymore, even if we didn't take them inside and kept them on her person at all times. My daughter was devastated, she has lost a safe place to dine out without the usual anxiety that crowded restaurants cause her. We haven't returned since July. I have attached a picture from our last visit of Sam enjoying a Snuffer's shake on the patio.
