Majority of staff had no dementia training. I felt my Mum was neglected and abused. Management didn’t deal with this properly and didn’t support the good carers, so my Mum had to leave the home for her own safety.
The staff are wonderful and the care they give is second to none. Lovely new home, clean and staff are always happy to talk and answer any questions or concerns. A family member is a resident and they are very well looked after.
What a gorgeous home! Brand new and immaculate and there's coffee and cakes in reception!
