Llandudno's hidden gem What a great place relaxing atmosphere, superb staff, excellent manu tapas style choice of meat, fish and veg or big sharing platters and pizzas. Covid controls in place. Booking recommend.

Nice little place, to be fair. They do the trendy small plates thing, which means you can have a light dinner relatively cheaply and sample a variety of dishes with the sharing plates. If you order enough for 2 sharing with wine and coffee, then it isnt quite so cheap. We had a decent bottle of Gavi for 25 quid, which is not a bad price, and the cocktails are under 7, but aren't particularly exciting. Note to management... lemon has no place in a \dark 'n' stormy\. I returned the first one and asked specifically for lime instead of lemon ... it came with a modicum of lime, but also a slice of orange, and was noticeably weaker than the first one. Orange!! Star dishes for us were the Asian chicken and the cointreau syllabub (which needs more cointreau, tbh) Nice ambience with good music at a sensible volume. Quite quick service. We ate here on two consecutive evenings. It seems quite popular. Staff are friendly enough, if a little businesslike. We would eat there again.
Although called a wine bar, Snooze has much more to offer. Superb accommodation, excellent food, friendly professional staff and owners. Our bedroom was modern and spacious with a separate dressing room leading into a modern bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and seperate shower. The restaurant was very comfortable, there was a large choice of wines spirits and beers. There was a very good raised drinking terrace in front of the property. All in all a superb experience.
In one word “Outstanding!” The location is amazing, literally a minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was delicious, and the options were plentiful. The bed was extremely comfortable & room more than spacious. The staff are professional also extremely friendly. All in all I would love to stay here again and would confidently recommend The Snooze to anyone.
We stayed in Llandudno for 3 nights. We ate at Snooze wine bar for 3 of those nights. Great concept, share plates...large portions. Great wine, excellent food. Lovely decor, great atmosphere, friendly staff, very clean. Highly recommended.
