Best place to have jewelry made, serviced, or cleaned. They made my rings sooo sparkley! I had my wedding ring and push present ring resized and it was taking longer than we thought it would. My hubby called to ask the ETA & mentioned we had hoped I could have them by our family reunion coming up. Well, the owner finished them on his day off for us and had them done in time. They also checked them for me and fixed a few loose stones. Definitely a well run family business. Lifetime customers here. Very thankful to have found a quality jewelry source.
Amazing work! Friendly! Was very informative with what to do with our piece and was able to finish it unbelievably fast. Offered free cleaning for our other jewelry as well. We will be back to shop here!
Couldn't recommend this place more! Absolutely wonderful experience getting my engagement ring perfect. So communicative and thoughtful. They actually care about you and the work, not a salesman or pressure to buy. Buying all my jewelry from here now on.
Dishonest. My experience is a long story so I will not write it on here but in a couple experiences here I was lied to once and on another occasion had incredibly bad communication that almost lead to me not getting my money back. I wouldn’t recommend using Sachi.
