Staff friendly and have comprehensive knowledge of their products and animals. In these uncertain times people want to be quick with service , so to be in and out of the store. Unfortunately that's where my one citiscism comes in. Waiting times are slightly longer whilst a staff member eventually assigns themselves to a till . Apart from this , excellent service .

Alright. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Products are reasonably priced and some good deals. Can take my 16 week old puppy in with me.

It's like the ultimate out of town shopping experience, filled with exciting new ways to buy beds on finance, if you like your out of town shopping experiences to resemble the 7th pit of Hell. Decent butty van, though.
