Today is my precious Nana's birthday and the first since she passed. I wanted to do something to honor her, so I decided to donate plasma for the first time. Having had Covid in December, I felt it even more important. I couldn't save my Nana, but I hope maybe I can save someone else. Though I have worked in medical offices, I admit I was nervous. The staff was amazing; from the front desk to the nurses, each step was very streamlined and efficient. I can not sing the nurse/phlebotomist's praises loudly enough who hooked me up to the machine. She thoroughly explained each step before doing anything and made it as painless as possible. The bonus is I found out you even get paid to donate, which I call a win-win! I realize there are different shifts and employees, and this was my first time, but I had an excellent experience. I would recommend giving them a try and urge you to donate if you can as well.

So know they have blocked me from donating...and it was there fault my arm got all bruised up. The tech who did it was talking about his co workers. And messed my arm and now this....real unprofessional... Very unprofessional. Tech blew through my vein and now my arm is all bruised up. Wouldn't stop bleeding for hrs. Made me wait in chair for 20 min. before someone came to connect me. This is a good thing for those who need money..BUT there needs to be better staffing and people should be made to feel safe. Also didn't get my full payment. I was charged 4.95 on my new card when they activated it and won't tell me what that charge is for. When did y'all charge us money?

Very slow. Understaffed. Disorganized. No sign of wanting to improve. Not very polite. Made an appointment, but still took 2 and a Half hours. No explanation. Not sure this is worth it. Don't understand why they schedule so many while understaffed. Shows a complete lack of respect for the customer. STAFF BLAMES CORPORATE.

If you wanna donate at the snellville place you better pull your pants up and hold on, been here since 130 pm and the line is still a mile long. Probably be done around 730 or 8. Sadly ( not really) this will be my last here. There is a different company in St. Mint that I hear is faster.

Some of your staff is extremely rude when answering the phone. I now understand why the rating is so low.
