After many months trying to sell my lovely apartment in Bramhall through a variety of agents, Snapes sold it within 6 weeks to the perfect buyers - all during lockdown , and achieving the price I had wanted for it . The whole team remained proactive, professional, courteous, optimistic and positive throughout the entire process . I am eternally grateful to Ric and his fab team of wonderful, talented ladies and shall not hesitate to contact them in the future for any further purchases or sales in the future. Most importantly I knew I was in safe hands from the start and was kept informed at every stage . They also believed in my property . I trusted them from start to finish - such an important factor. Lorraine handled our purchase from start to finish and she was always available whenever we needed her. We felt that she genuinely cared about our purchase and helped us get it completed in time for Christmas. We were lucky that the house we liked was sold by Snapes and we will definitely use them when the time comes for us to sell a property. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy.
In a crowded field Snapes lead the way because of their professionalism and positive attitude! By professionalism I mean they document everything – offers, counteroffers, rejections – and feedback from potential purchasers is quickly sought and normally provided the day after or on Monday for weekend viewings. The phones are nearly always manned, and calls are always handled professionally and with great courtesy. Our agent Sophie was full of zip and vim and possessed a never-say-die attitude. Her persistent harrying and chasing of buyers and vendors up and down the chain almost certainly resulted in completion 1-2 weeks earlier. Her colleagues Lorraine and Debbie – and Pat on Sundays too - were also extremely easy to deal with when Sophie was out of the office. The two Directors Ric and Lee also take a close interest in matters, so it really feels that you are part of a family. We dealt with lots of other agents as purchasers ourselves and had very mixed experiences. One deliberately undervalued the property to achieve a quick sale, one showed up late for an appointment and then blamed us for a no-show and another frankly had integrity issues. Snapes are the opposite – really good people and super friendly too making the stressful business of buying and selling very straightforward! Big enough to be professional and small enough to care.
Fantastic service by Ric and his team at Snapes. Sophie Galloway worked tirelessly and professionally to get our sale over the line despite constant obstacles in our way. Totally pro active approach. I was kept updated at all times. Could not recommend them enough.
