Clean and modern gym open 24 hours with card access system I generally go early morning and there is a regular turnout and you still don't need to wait for weights or cardio equipment The personal training services there always seem very popular and you see the same clients which suggests that they do a good job The 24 hours opening is really useful in the morning, as you don't need to wait for someone to open up. One less excuse for delaying your trip to the gym I have one been there at 5am and had the place to myself, even then it feels friendly, inviting and safe. There are intercoms on the wall for out of hours emergency calls and there is also CCTV There are bigger gyms and most will find this has everything they need and if it is local to you, then it is ideal
