Love this place, done on a booking system to ensure the right numbers are present. Cleaning equipment provided. Very clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful .

Great gym with excellent staff and plenty of good quality equipment
The free work area is huge if you prefer plyo or calisthenics (large array of machines too) and they have a skillmill, slam ball and bag perfect for boxing/fight training.
Nice gym, been going here for a few months now. All you need and easy parking at astral towers once you register your car number plate. Has its busy times in the gym but staff and other users are friendly and respectful
Open24hours with convenient parking round back. staff friendly, there are classes, has the right and enough gear. Can't fault it. Recommended.
