Absolutely horrendous customer service, made my family feel like we weren't welcome in the shop, we had looked around for assistance in the baby area but know one around until we started to try see what we liked on a buggy, then a lady came over and was telling us \we couldn't touch anything\ in a very rude manner. We hadn't touched anything and she wasn't polite, we quickly exited the shop and will not be coming back to this symths!

Smyths has a car park and gets busy, The toys were expensive and some of them can be found across the road for cheaper. The staff was alright with one girl being nice to us but the guys just mess about.
Watch out for their staff. Some of them can seem nice but quickly turn into snakes really quickly..... especially those with the name beginning with R
The electronics return poilcy is terrible. Buy from Amazon instead, or Curry's, or pretty much anywhere else.
Quick and easy collection from store. You just give number received in text to employee at the main entrance. It is click and collect from website only or delivery.
