Just had to return a faulty item from Xmas to the Swansea branch during Tier 4, staff were excellent and very helpful in refunding the item.

It's ok if you want some toys or Lego. Bit dark and depressing in the store, could do with brightening up to make it more welcoming. Entrance is cluttered. Large car park.
I had the best riding around on the kiddy bikes
bought a 3 in 1 pram here for my daughter .have to say jessica was a great help .she is an asset to your store so cheerful .she explained everything we asked .well done jess and thank you so much for yr help and patience.
Went there today tells you to sanitise yours hands so I did It was like it was watered down. Went to look at the push along toys on display couldn't see the price so I took it off the shelf to find the price member off staff walked passed and started telling me off shouting as he was going passed not to touch it you shouldn't of touched it! But yet there was a women sitting on a bike over the other side of me and people behind touching other things. Why I was singled out I never know!
