Smugglers Inn

One of the best pubs around.. We have a holiday home in pevensey and have visited a number of local pubs around but this one is far our favourite. We only ever visit the smugglers inn now. The food is absolutely fabulous. The staff are lovely and go out there way to make us welcome. They are also a dog friendly pub which tick the box for us. You won't find a better place to eat and drink in a wonderful relaxed environment...

We went yesterday had a lovely meal. The Christmas decs were lovely. Good procedures were in place to protect everyone from covid. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff were very friendly . We will definitely go back .

Visited here after a long walk from home. The garden is lovely and very large. The place has just re opened following the lockdown. Everything is set up very well with a good one way system to maintain distancing requirements. If you choose to sit in the garden, you can order food and drink via an external window, so no need to actually go inside. Very well thought out.
