Absolutely amazed at the kindness of the staff. The shop is situated next to a postbox and I was trying to post a letter but the envelope wouldn't stick shut and the lady in the shop cellotaped it for me. Her small act of kindness has left a lasting impression. The lady had no obligation to help me and it's lovely to meet such a kind and helpful person. I will definitely be using the shop for my ironing in the near future.
