A great ambiance, excellent waitress (Aubrey) but a small let down in terms of food. Our sushi roll had great fish that was masked by overpowering spice. The lobster avocado sounded better than it tasted, and was an interesting concept. Our calamari was superb and would get again, nice thin breading without being chewy. I also slurped down my margarita which was huge for just 8.

This restaurant is definitely worth the stop. Not only was the food great so was the customer service. Our waiter Kevin was friendly, funny and super informative. While giving us time to review the menu Kevin also made sure our drinks stayed full and when asked offered great suggestions on what to order. We ended up ordering oysters, sushi, and a few other entrees. Everything was delicious. Don’t skip out on the lobster tater tots! And be ready for just a little spice. Everything was also very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back.

Omg. This was such a nice place to relax and enjoy an incredible array of sushi. Get there for happy hour and eat like a king. Kate was the bar tender and jack of all trades. She very personable and a fun loving person. She’ll help you feel at home and ensure you have a great meal and experience.

My boyfriend and I came here on Sunday and I was excited for the all day happy hour I’d read about as well as having some sushi/fish entrees. Unfortunately the happy hour was disappointing (buy one get one half off sushi - with only a handful of rolls to choose from) and we both felt that the selection of fish entrees was mediocre at best. I definitely expected more from a place called Smokin’ Fins. Instead of fish I ended up ordering pulled pork tacos with cilantro-lime rice which was delicious. I enjoyed all of the flavors used including the corn salsa! My boyfriend had the salmon fish and chips. Sadly, the salmon was pretty dry but at least the fries were tasty. We also had a slice of their seasonal cheesecake (“White Russian”) for dessert which was flavorful with a berry sauce over the top of it but I wouldn’t say it was worth the 8 we paid for it. I meant to mention that our server was very attentive and friendly. I also liked the decor but I don’t see myself going back just for the tacos.

Great food and such great ambiance. Our waiter was very attentive and just made our night that much more enjoyable. This was our 1st time here and will definitely be back.
