Good smokey flavor. A good quick stop in route to the airport. I prefer to put my own sauce on the meat, though. It was a little heavy handed.

Food came out fast and was great! I ordered the two meat plate with brisket and pulled pork. It came with baked beans, coleslaw, fries and two slices of bread. They offered to substitute onion rings for any one of the sides. Recommend this place to anyone that enjoys barbeque.
Was looking for a place close to the airport, and this popped up. Close to closing time, not downtown... wasn't expecting too much. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of food- got 2 pulled pork sandwiches, brisket, and burnt ends. Tasted great, high quality. Added bonus was that despite proximity to closing time the service was extremely friendly. Yes, they put sauce on the meat, yes it tastes like typical KC Bbq. Yes, it's really good!

This location was close to our hotel, the staff was sweet and congenial. The food was FABULOUS! It really made the trip worth it to find some great mom and pop bbq.Thank You to the staff for making the overnight trip worth it for me and the hubby. The portions were perfect.
