Fantastic barbecue! The whole shebang: brisket, pork ribs, jalapenos sausage, these men know how to cook their meats! My favorite side is the mac and cheese which was nice and cheesy. I see these guys are expanding into a built restaurant and I love to see it. It will be the best restaurant in Royse City.

I saw the reviews and figured I would try it for late lunch. They open at 1100 and when I got here at 2:30 they were already sold out of most items. I was able to snag some brisket, though, and IT. IS. AWESOME. Super moist and flavorful. Definitely worth a trip.
Buddy of mine recommended this place.. Came here on a Saturday around 3. Told to be here earlier, didn’t listen, and paid the price. Brisket is awesome. Potato Salad, cole slaw and baked beans are delicious. Next time have to get here earlier to try the other meats!
Excellent service and Brisket and pulled pork oh My the whole menu is wonderful cant wait till the building opens been going to eat at SS bbq for 3yrs a real hidden gem
This place is great! Customer service is incredible, food is delicious and reasonably priced. The smoked mac n cheese is amazing. I wasn't a huge fan or the BBQ sauce (kind of grainy) but honestly the meat is so good it doesn't even need it.
