Nice atmosphere, great service, food came extremely quick. Several craft beers to choose from. The BBQ sandwich was good and the side of choice I recommend is the cheesy potatoes! Was after lunch before dinner so it wasn't overly crowded. If ever in the area would stop by again!

Was heading back to the office after a work trip. Sanford was on the way home. We stumbled upon Smoke and Barrel and we were both so impressed! I had the Bahn Mi. it was delicious. The smashed potatoes are to die for. The atmosphere was great as was the service. If I'm ever in Sanford again I will definitely be going back!
Good beer selection. I was not impressed with the food, very bland. Tried the chicken sandwich, brisket, and potatoes. I left hungry. I will not be back for food, but would stop in for a beer.
Food is beyond delicious. The staff is courteous and friendly. The atmosphere is very cozy and clean.
The Gem of Sanford. Super friendly staff, daily specials are well crafted, owner supervision always present and cocktails always on point. Good job!!!
