Awful customer service as usual, they always seem annoyed when you walk into their store which I have always found strange as surely they need the customers. I was wrongly sold an expensive item when the worker knew the coils would not work in the device I needed them for, was then refused a refund when I took them back in the same condition unused and with a receipt. He also went to look at the phone in the back half way through a conversation. Avoid this store at all costs, much better vape shops in Huddersfield with more competitive prices and a wider variety of stock, will not be returning to this one.
