This store use to be great. The 2 lads that use to work there were really helpful with picking flavours and recommending new tanks and what not. The new person they have working there has a real attitude problem aswel as no customer service skills whatsoever. Very rude and abrupt. Would strongly recommend replacing or re-training this member of staff. I wont be using this store again

I buy vape liquids from here regularly, they do some great offers. The two guys that work there are always polite and friendly. Their customer service is fantastic. Also the loyalty card is a good concept for customers, you don't see that in any other vape stores.
