Customer service was second to none. I drove almost 300 miles to collect a car from Kevin and also had a car i needed to get rid of, Kevin took care of everything for me the whole process was so smooth. I came away with a really nice car which runs lovely looks fantastic. Kevin is a genuine fella i would not hesitate to recommend SMK Cars and i wouldn't hesitate making that journey again if he had a car that i wanted. Thanks Kevin and best wishes for the future.
I bought my range rover from smk but had a red engine light coming on went back to Kevin but was. told the problem required a part which he had ordered for it.i enquired about it several times with no joy but then found out he'd left the company so I went to smk and the new salesman terry took it onboard and booked it in and arranged for me to have a loan car whilst mine was being fixed it was found to be a problem with the hydraulics which was solved by the mechanics there's no more red light thanks Terry and the mechanics for my 5* service
After picking up my skoda the engine light came on. I phoned Kev and he brought out a courtesy car and took mine back for a check up free of charge. He returned it in full working order. Can not fault this man and his garage for their prompt service . Would recommend to anyone
