Only been using Smithys for a few weeks to buy meals for my mum. It's great that they do half portions of home cooked meals which mum says are delicious.Grandkids love the sausage rolls. Ordering is easy and they are quick to respond. Great quality food at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend

This tiny little takeaway is now called Smithy's. What a great place. Lovely couple running it. We had cheese burgers. Oh my God they were so tasty. The burgers were delicious. Buns were great. Chap who runs it has a zero food waste policy. No food gets wasted. We chatted while he did the food. I went a way with free quiche. Because he didnt want to see it wasted. He toasts spare bread and gives it to local children playing outside. I think I know where we will be ordering our Christmas steak pie this year. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you've not tried it, give it a go.
Treated ourselves to a Smithy's afternoon tea, well presented and a good selection of fillings, great for spoiling family or friends during this lockdown ,cheers to Lucy and gavin Smith
Under new management and now changed to Smithy's. Excellent food - burgers are the best I've eaten in years! Friendly and efficient service too, Gavin is always welcoming and was great with my young lad when we were in earlier in the week
