Wow, these guys sure do deserve a 5!! So very Covid safe! Online ordering for take away is very easy to do. Delivering to the car service was just so well organised! Staff working exceptionally hard but what a fab team the Smithfield have got! Food - amazing as always and I don't go anywhere else in Telford for our fish and chips.

I must take the time to say how impressed I was with this restaurant in Wellington. We had a large ish party and some people needed fast orders to get away. My food was excellent, as were the other dishes ordered by the group. Superb fish, delicious chips, no complaint when we asked for ice tap water. We also enjoyed very attentive service. The trainee girl was helpful and patient, the manager fully appreciative of some dietary requirements. We'll done Smithfield's! Go there people - you'd be hard pushed to find better food and better staff.

Their kebabs are AMAZING! Everything is beautifully cooked, their special meats are always delicious and it isn't greasy at all. Their fish and chips are superb too. They do online orders with an option for in store collection or car boot collection which makes ordering even in lockdown an absolute breeze. Wonderful service and wonderful food. Cannot recommend them enough!

Absolutely fantastic fish and chip shop. Visited in the middle of the pandemic and we couldn't have felt safer. The chips are gluten free and the best I've ever had. The fish was also superb and cooked to order in gluten free batter. You can pre order and collect or walk in and order and they will bring it out to your car. Large car park too. Definitely worth a visit
