Outstanding. They are so helpful and knowledgeable and really couldn't be more helpful. Alfie and Neil in sales are easy to work with and able to explain things in laymen terms to me. Paul the delivery driver was so polite and professional. A great choice of aggregates and money well spent. A lovely business that other businesses can learn from.

Ive left my sheep skin rug on the fence by the canal and someone from the smiths car park has stolen it. Ill call to follow up tomorrow but seriously it was sodden and needed washing
While Smiths appear to sell decent gravels, they use a very unreliable courier to deliver. Despite a prior knowledge of the delivery address, ample driveway space and clear instructions, the courier blocked in a vehicle with a ton of gravel. When asked to return to move it they were unable to.
