Beef shin was good however sausages were far too fatty and consequently had to drain the pan two or three times, questionable what goes into these? Slightly disappointing.

Been isolating since lockdown, so haven't been able to get into Chelmsford and missed the best butcher in Essex. Hopefully I'll be able to get in soon

This butchers has made me very angry. I phoned to ask if they had any t-bone steaks. The guy on the phone said yes. I thought great, that's the meat sorted for my wife birthday dinner recipe. I had phoned around a couple more butchers but thought no, I will shop the the local one instead. When I got to the butchers I was told that they have sold them all. And it was to late in the day to get any from anybody else. So my wife's meal and birthday plans were ruined thanks to smiths. I will never buy anything from Smith's ever again and would not recommend to anyone. If the was an option for no stars then that's what I would of put.
