I called their after hours service when a vending machine stole my money this morning and the lady on the other end behaved like a child, interrupting me and putting me on hold when I was speaking. When I asked her why she was rude she said "this is the after hours service", as if that implies that you don't need phone manners if you work after hours.

Poor service. Poor products.
Machine at chatswood station took my 20, I've called the 1800 four times after 6 weeks and have still not had a credit or reply. All they do is say they will pass on a message. If it ever happens to you, just forget your money and just place an ' Out of order ' sign to warn others and to hit their back pocket!
Vending machine dispensed hot melted goods out of the snack machine. Gross. Why aren't they refrigerated.
Machines don’t dispense the product and also don’t give a refund. I called the number on the machine- it’s an information only service- can’t speak to anyone or leave a message. This is actually theft- reporting to Dpt of Fair Trading
