I really wanted to be excited about these guys and this product. I ordered samples (which I paid for) and waited 9 days, before I followed up to chase them. I was told they would be sent out that day (9 days later) - no explanation about delays, and no response to my follow-up email about lead times. 14 days later still no samples, no response - so clearly not a company I could trust to deliver on a commercial project. Really poor and no real excuses for this kind of tardiness in 2021. What a shame.
