Have used Sure Lettings for a couple of years now and feel i have had excellent service from the whole team at an affordable rate. Raman has always worked hard to keep the property rented out , and Kelly and Sonja are always on hand to answer and sort out any questions I may have ,making a great team -- Highly Recommend and would be my first port of call for a Letting service in the area.

I have spotted a property to let since November and contacted them around mid November. Since that time I have tried numerous times to contact their branch by phone or email but no luck... Thus I have decided to go by myself and have a look to see what's is going on by their office. I met a girl in the reception who told me that I should have an appointment to visit the office. When I challenged her for not being kind to send a reply that they had already give the property to someone else since December, (although it is still on their website), she started to say that it is not their job to reply to inquires when the house is given. Then I asked if as I have seen a similar property on the window about it and she said that this property is not available and she tried to show me another one. I said that that area is out of my interest and thanked her. Well I don't think that I will try to do business with this office again for obvious reasons....
I have used Surelet for my properties and the whole team is fantastic. Raman is very proactive and achieved a quick rental at a good rate. Sonja is the office angel who supports Raman. Fantastic team Highly Recommended.
I've used Surelet for their letting and management services for years. Have found some quality long term tenants and proprietor takes a personal interest in day to day running which is reassuring.
Raman was professional and considerate. He helped us throughout the process, while making sure everyone was safe and taking the appropriate precautions.
