Great advertising in local magazine so I Made appointment for visit waited in 4 hours no one turned up. No phone all. Subsequently called several times and requested a call back. Haven’t got the courtesy to return a call. Do not bother with these amateurs. Forced to give one star. !!!!!!!!

Please avoid! They insisted on taking my dishwasher to the workshop for repair without even testing it or trying to find the fault at home, they took it and called to say they had fixed it and it would cost 130! When I said that was too much they said they would just 'undo the work' and return it, I thought it was strange that they had done the work without checking with me first as that was a big expense so I asked them to return it as I wasn't expecting that quote and you can buy a brand new one for under 200! I then had another company come out who checked it there and then and advised it was a simple common problem which they fixed in about 5 mins for a simple call out charge, thank god I didn't agree to pay the 130!! These are con men looking to make easy money-- go elsewhere!

Rang and spoke to Daniel. I described query to him and received a quote and approximate time of arrival. Joe and his colleague arrived within the time set. They installed my oven to specification, and stuck to the quote. Very happy with the service i received. Many thanks, Laura Joyce.
