I have been going to Bliss since they first opened their doors and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough! Love the treatment given, staff are knowledgeable and friendly! During covid, measures have been put in place; from only having one customer at a time and staff wearing the correct protection - feels very safe every time I visit! Congrats to 15 years of happy clients!

Very happy with the service. Went for my first treatment today. They are very knowledgeable about the treatments and take their time! It’s a safe environment too with hand gel, masks worn! Will definitely be going back and recommending!

First impressions of this salon not great. Booked in for an eyebrow thread prior to Christmas - was turned away for arriving 10 minutes early to the appointment, despite the front page of their website actually stating that new customers must arrive 10 minutes early to complete a compulsory questionnaire!! (see pic) Two therapists stood at reception, salon was completely empty - both therapists denied that their website advised to arrive 10 minutes early and sent me away. Unhelpful and inconvenient experience.

Lovely lady did my hot wax (I'm a male. I had my chest, back, stomach, armpits and biceps done). She was very helpful and did her best to make my first hot wax bearable. Good aftercare advice too. Thanks.
