Everything was perfect. Drivers punctual and available. The collection point has been moved to another one creating a bit of confusion at the beginning for whom doesn't know Edinburgh at all but promptly communicated by the driver It would be helpful to know in advance the exact point of pick up if it is out of sight from the original one
SMC Coach Hire - Definitely a five star service! The service from SMC Coach Hire was excellent. My husband booked and paid for a minibus to take him and friends to Wolverhampton races on 28th March 2020. Covid lockdown restrictions implemented 21st March meant that transport in a minibus could not be provided by SMC but despite this he hasn't received a penny of the 300 back, despite requesting this numerous times.
