SMBC Trust Bank Akasaka Branch

まだ紙を使う能無しバンク。海外送金の書類を提出すると、訂正必要だと言われサインさせられまくる。次回からオンラインでできるよう要求するが、システムがポンコツなので無理だと。バイトだからエスカレートする気なし。Citibankと合併してゴールド会員なので手数料無料だか、そうでなければこのバンクを使うメリット無し。常に他の銀行を探っている。

Akasaka Prestia branch. The staff are so helpful, and they have perfect English - there is a native English speaker who works here, as well as many Japanese staff with excellent English. They are always so considerate and helpful, and are much more flexible and understanding than my experience of other banks in Japan. I highly recommend Prestia (owned by SMBC) as a bank, and this branch in particular!
