Adam in particular has been on point. Sourced a car that I wanted and moved quickly with sorting the logistics for getting the car to me (I live in Greater London, so some distance). The paperwork side of things was seamless and the contact wasn't over the top but just right following up on things. A real credit to the Leicester branch and the company. I will certainly be doing business with Adam in the future and this branch will have my business now for many years.

First of all let me give a huge thank you to Adam Caratella. I made an enquiry for a car and Adam call me back straight away. I gave my budget and model of car and he did his magic. I’m not the one to haggle as I know I can do my research on cars and prices and if I don’t get a good price or service I can call another dealer. But Adam was very honest and understood our needs for a new car and found a few cars in our budget. There was no pressure to buy and never did I feel pushed. I got an amazing deal on our car, I did research around to compare but found that his price and service was exactly what we wanted. So the sale went through. We had some complications with our own funds and Adam came back with solutions, and was very accommodating. I was able to message him anytime of the day and he would get back to me and explain everything in great details. This is a prime example of excellent customer service, so a bug thank you to the leicester Mercedes team and especially Adam. No issues with our latest purchase and have already recommended my family n friends. Great job everyone.
Brought a used Mercedes A class Leicester. Due to the current pandemic the hand over is only click and collect. I want to thank the managing director Mathew who answered and solved all my issues I had regarding my Mercedes A class after my collection, and I would like to thank Sean (sales rep) for helping us through our purchase. My advise during this pandemic please do a thorough inspection with your sales person before you leave the Mercedes premises as there is only online viewing available atm.
Great service. Just had my back bumper replacement and I must say I've very impressed with the service. They came to collect my car and I was advised when it was ready. Came to pick it up myself and the finish is incredible. They even cleaned my car inside and out at no extra cost without asking. Great service
Bought a used Mercedes GLC recently and had a great experience from Sean Nealon. Sean was very helpful, and found the perfect car for us. Very pleased with the customer care we received. Sean was very good at keeping us up to date as well as not being pushy or putting pressure on us. Over all a brill service! Would defiantly buy a car again from Sean. Thanks again!
