Had a simple problem regarding passwords and new phones linking to email accounts. Within 5 minutes of reporting via email I had a call back and password reset and guidance on the process I needed to complete. All worked as advised and was good to get a follow up call later that afternoon to ensure it was all in place. Excellent service
